With proper notice, we are happy to replace items that break in shipment, never arrive, or arrive looking as though they've taken a side trip to Bangladesh - but we can't fix these issues if we never hear about them. So, please, let us know about such problems!

We also work hard to safeguard your privacy, which is one reason we use PayPal, as discussed above - we never come in contact with your credit/debit card information when you pay via PayPal.

Furthermore, we do not sell, rent, lend, or in any way abuse the addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses that you entrust us with when you order - we use such information for two purposes only: (1) to contact you, or your gift recipient, in case of an issue with your order and (2) to send you a holiday card. If you really loathe holiday cards, let us know and we will take you off our list!
