RETAIL ORDERS

Honey is heavy stuff.  After much trial and error, we have determined that shipping via USPS Priority Flat Rate is generally cheapest and most efficient, and therefore our website will calculate your shipping costs based on USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping - however, it's not a perfect system, and it sometimes overestimates shipping costs.  If it does, we will refund those costs to you!

After you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from our website and a personal email from Courtney letting you know your order's estimated ship time - we generally ship Monday-Friday, within 24-48 hours of payment in full.  UPDATE: UNTIL THE FIRST PART OF MAY, 2012, WE WILL ONLY SHIP ON WEDNESDAYS UNLESS OTHERWISE ARRANGED.

We accept all credit/debit cards via PayPal, which we have found to be the most secure and easiest way to accept payment over the internet.  If you are opposed to payment by PayPal, you are welcome to choose the "invoice" method of payment, but please be advised that we do require payment in full from first time customers prior to shipment, so the "invoice" option will take additional time if you are a first time customer.

If you do not hear from Courtney within 24 hours of placing your order, please email or call us to be certain that we received it!  No system is perfect.

WHOLESALE ORDERS
 
Generally require a minimum of two weeks to process, as all of our products are created by hand - please email us for pricing and terms and to determine the most efficient method of shipment.  We generally ship wholesale orders via USPS or a trucking company. 
 
OUR POLICIES
 
We work hard to ensure that all of our products exceed your expectations - if they do not, please contact us at your earliest convenience to discuss the issue!  With proper notice, we are happy to replace items that break in shipment, never arrive, or arrive looking as though they've taken a side trip to Bangladesh - but we can't fix these issues if we never hear about them.  So, please, let us know about such problems!
 
We also work hard to safeguard your privacy, which is one reason we use PayPal, as discussed above - we never come in contact with your credit/debit card information when you pay via PayPal.  
 
Furthermore, we do not sell, rent, lend, or in any way abuse the addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses that you entrust us with when you order - we use such information for two purposes only: (1) to contact you, or your gift recipient, in case of an issue with your order and (2) to send you a holiday card.  If you really loathe holiday cards, let us know and we will take you off our list!
